Indirect Low Pressure
Agent Release System (ILP)
Intelligent Fire Suppression for Total Protection
The FIRESCI Indirect Low-Pressure (ILP) system is a cutting-edge fire suppression solution designed for versatile and intelligent protection in enclosed spaces. Utilizing multiple activation methods—including heat-sensitive tubing, gas sensors, and smoke detectors—the system ensures rapid and precise fire detection. Upon activation, a control panel triggers a solenoid valve to release a clean agent through strategically placed nozzles, delivering comprehensive coverage. This indirect application method enhances efficiency, minimizes damage, and ensures reliable suppression without electrical dependency. Ideal for safeguarding critical equipment and high-risk environments, the ILP system offers a powerful, maintenance-friendly solution for uninterrupted fire protection.
How It Works
Advanced Indirect Low-Pressure Fire Suppression
The FIRESCI Indirect Low-Pressure (ILP) Fire Suppression System is a highly versatile and reliable solution designed to protect critical assets and enclosures from fire. Unlike direct systems, the ILP system discharges the suppression agent through strategically placed nozzles, ensuring even distribution for maximum coverage. It can be actuated by multiple detection methods, including heat-sensitive tubing, gas sensors, and smoke detectors, all connected to a control panel that triggers a solenoid valve for precise activation.
This flexibility makes the ILP system ideal for safeguarding electrical enclosures, industrial machinery, server rooms, and other high-risk environments. With clean agents that leave no residue and require minimal maintenance, FIRESCI’s ILP system provides efficient, cost-effective fire suppression without disrupting operations.
Product Benefits
- Zero downtime during installation
- Multi trigger activation
- Broad Area Coverage
- Reduces insurance and compliance risk
- No messy clean-up after discharge
- Fast, Targeted Suppression
How the FIRESCI ILP System Works
The FIRESCI Indirect Low-Pressure (ILP) Fire Suppression System is engineered for reliable, automatic fire protection in enclosed spaces. Unlike direct systems, the ILP system utilizes strategically placed nozzles to disperse a clean suppression agent throughout the protected area, ensuring full and even coverage. The system is highly adaptable, capable of being activated by multiple detection methods, including a heat-sensitive detection tube, gas and smoke sensors, or a control panel with a solenoid valve.
Upon fire detection, the system quickly releases the suppression agent from a pressurized cylinder through dedicated piping and nozzles. This indirect discharge method ensures that the fire is suppressed efficiently, without directly exposing critical components to the detection mechanism. The clean agent rapidly cools the flames, displaces oxygen, and suppresses the fire before it can spread, minimizing damage and downtime.

Step-By-Step Operation
Detection
The system continuously monitors for fire threats through multiple detection methods:
Heat-Sensitive Tube Activation: The pressurized detection tube ruptures when exposed to extreme heat, triggering the system.
Gas or Smoke Sensor Activation: If a sensor detects smoke or gas buildup, it sends a signal to the control panel.
Manual or Remote Activation: The system can be manually activated or triggered remotely via the control panel.
Activation
Once a fire is detected, the control panel activates the system, opening the solenoid valve.
The clean suppression agent is then released from the cylinder and directed through pre-installed discharge nozzles.
Suppression
The agent is evenly dispersed within the enclosure, effectively suppressing the fire before it spreads.
The clean agent rapidly cools the flames and displaces oxygen, ensuring complete fire extinguishment.
Reset & Maintenance
After activation, the system is easily refilled and reset for continued protection.
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and readiness for future fire incidents.
